SAN DIEGO – (October 15, 2024) – Greenhaus (www.greenhaus.com) is bringing in one of the advertising and marketing industry's top talents to step into a newly created Chief Media Officer position, leading the agency's well regarded integrated media team. Soulies moves to Greenhaus from The Shipyard (formerly Mering Carson), where he spent 18 years and is currently Vice President of Digital Media, honing his expertise in digital strategy development for some of the biggest names in tourism and retail, including Visit California, The San Diego Tourism Authority, Visit Napa Valley, JetSuiteX, The San Diego Zoo & Wildlife Alliance, among many others.
"Casey's unparalleled track record of innovation, collaboration and pushing the boundaries with traditional and digital media makes him the perfect candidate to take our already strong media team into its next chapter. The opportunity to tap into his creative outlook on technology and platforms will be invaluable as we keep our clients ahead of digital trends and ensure media strategies drive positive, lasting impact," said Greenhaus Managing Partner Paul Whitbeck.
Greenhaus has built a reputation for campaigns that convey an 'emotional sense of place' for major players in tourism, leisure and other industries with work for clients such as Visit Dallas, Visit Anaheim, Visit Santa Barbara, Visit Newport Beach, Visit Oceanside, Visit Temecula Valley, the Islands of Tahiti, the newly created regional destination 10Lake Valley and more. As the agency has grown and evolved the media team has as well. "Bringing Casey in at this juncture is the perfect springboard to launch that media team into a new phase of growth and use his expertise to ensure our media plans are agile and scalable while expanding the use of digital partnerships, AI, video content and more," added Whitbeck.
After his tenure at The Shipyard, Soulies is excited for this next chapter in his professional development. "Joining Greenhaus represents a tremendous opportunity to lead and direct the media team with a forward-thinking approach, continually investigating new options and creative ideas. I am eagerly anticipating the countless unique client media campaigns to come," said Soulies.
In the coming months Soulies will be consulting with all existing Greenhaus clients on overall media strategy and identifying new opportunities, as well as being a vital part of campaign development for new and potential clients.
